IMMORTAL NEON BLUE UV Black Light - 1/2oz

This black light ink will glow under the black light. The color will still show up slightly under the skin, like a faded tattoo color. 
If you are looking for something that can not be seen, you will need to get the Neon "Invisible" ink.
